Succubus has less damage even when fully specced and its seduce is only affective if you are being attacked by someone you are not targeting. Affliction spec locks can use dark pact and get all of the Imp's mana in 3-4 instant casts and the Imp will regenerate the mana in less than 60 seconds. With Improved imp, 10 points in destruction, and improved firebolt, your Imp will be able to out DPS any pet. Even 41 point affliction warlocks can afford these talents when burning crusade comes out.
It's also better to play this in singles than doubles unless you're doing pre-made with a friend running the same tactic, any normal teammate becomes completely irrelevant to the state of the match once you hit perk 1, and will justifiably hate you for it unless you win.Comment by ThottbotImp is awesome in PVP and PVE if specced correctly.
